Dry Feb is a fundraiser for the Canadian Cancer Society, that challenges you to go the 28 days of February without alcohol.
It's a great way to give your body a break from the booze, and start some healthy habits in the lead up to Spring. Think of it as a 28‐day health challenge that will leave you looking and feeling your best!
The Rules – how Dry Feb works
The rules of Dry Feb are simple; sign up and stop drinking for the month of February. We also ask that you reach out to family and friends during the month and ask them to sponsor you for taking part. The money you raise will help raise vital funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.

Golden Tickets
The rules for Dry Feb are to stop drinking for the month of February. However, if you have a special occasion in February, you can buy a Golden Ticket. A Golden Ticket gives a Dry Feb participant a night off their challenge. For a minimum $25 donation, even a night off can still make a difference to the lives of people affected by cancer.
